Tofu Vino Bianco

a more or less improvised recipe from vegancooking. tasty!
ingredients
- 1 pkg tofu
- oil (for frying tofu)
- several handfuls spinach
- garlic powder (very difficult to go too heavy here)
- mushrooms (more absorbent the better, i like hedgehog)
- white wine (several pours)
- flour
procedure
fry tofu till golden brown. drain excess oil. add spinach, mushrooms, garlic powder. reduce spinach. when satisfied, add a good amount of white wine, let simmer for a few minutes. add flour to thicken sauce. delicious!
