ingredients

  • 1lb mac
  • 1–2lb cheddar
  • salt + pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 cup milk, warm

procedure

prepare pasta.

sauce

melt butter in saucepan, med heat. sprinkle flour into butter and stir until paste forms. cook 2 min, add warm milk, stir vigorously.

add cheese to hot white sauce and stir until melty. fold cheese into mac. serve immediately, or put into baking dish and heat in the oven for 20min.
