Dark and Stormy
- 1–2 shots of Black Rum (Cruzan Black Strap or Black Seal are very good choices)
- 1 can Ginger Beer/Ginger soda (Vernor’s works well)
- Ice
Serve in a tall glass on a hot day.
Bellini
- A bottle of sparkling wine
- 2 Peaches
Blend peaches, mix with champagne in a champagne flute. Girly!
